Graphite Pencils

Graphite pencils also called a lead pencil is a type of pencil in which a thin graphite core is embed in a shell. The pencil shell is typically wooden.

Graphite pencils have a wide range of grades and are useful for sophisticated drawings which require finer detailing. Charcoal is perfect for sketching and hitting those really dark values, however it is generally much darker and rougher than graphite.

Our Cretacolor graphite pencil are available in 20 degrees of hardness. Making them ideal for all technical artistic applications such as writing, drawing, and sketching.
